How Does It Work?

uPushiT Trivia Challenge consists of 75 questions; each correct answer is worth 1 point for a maximum of 75 points. The database is loaded with college level, trivia formatted questions from a broad range of subjects. The subjects fall under four main categories: Science, Mathematics, Social Studies and Language Arts.

You will race against the clock to answer correctly as many questions as possible before the time clock counts down to 0. Each question consists of 4 multiple choice answers and the user interface is designed for quick and precise selecting. Choose the wrong answer; get 0 points! Let the clock count down to zero and get 0 points!

This is a winner take all battle! There can only be one winner! In the event of a tie, all qualifying players will go head to head in a winner take all tiebreaker until only one is left standing.

Sound easy enough? Oh, we forgot to mention the really cool and exciting part! The 75 questions are broken into two parts: the Player Challenge and the Friend Challenge.

The Player Challenge is part one of the competition. You will be asked a series of 25 questions from a broad range of subjects. Each correct answer is worth 1 point for a maximum of 25 points.

The Friend Challenge is part two of the competition and offers a maximum of 50 points. You must request Friend Lines in order to acquire the other 50 points. A Friend Line is an invitation to an online friend to take on the Friend Challenge on your behalf. You’re basically asking your friends to support you and help you win a $1,000 scholarship award, so choose your friends wisely!

The really cool part is you can invite whomever you wish for friend line support; there is no age restriction or special requirement for those playing on your behalf. It could be a parent, uncle, sibling, college professor, or even Albert Einstein; it’s totally up to you!

Each invited friend is limited to 5 questions; each correct answer is worth 1 point for a maximum of 5 points. You can have a maximum of 10 active Friend Lines, i.e., 10 friends x 5 questions = 50 points.
